Build a prevailing wage rate sheet
Pick the state and county, tick the trades and classifications on the job, and enter the start and end dates. The sheet lists every rate you picked with its source, base wage, fringe benefits, total, overtime where the agency prints it, and notes. Where the agency has already set later rates, it shows the ones that fall inside the job.
Each total is the wage plus the fringe benefits the agency requires. It leaves out payroll taxes, workers' comp, liability insurance and overhead, which go on top.

Which states does the rate sheet cover?
Every state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa: 3,397 counties and other localities in 55 jurisdictions. 21 states publish their own schedules, and the sheet copies those; elsewhere it uses the federal Davis-Bacon wage determinations on SAM.gov. In each of them, you can switch the sheet to the Davis-Bacon rates for a federally funded job.
What does each rate on the sheet include?
The base wage, the fringe benefits (itemized where the agency itemizes them, else one figure), the total per hour, and the agency's overtime rates where it prints them in dollars. Where the agency prints no total, the sheet's total is base plus fringe and says so. Delaware, Missouri, Nevada and Michigan print one rate with fringes included, and the sheet shows it that way.
