NYSDOL's wording: “Atlantic Beach, Ceaderhurst, East Rockaway,Hewlett, Hewlett Bay, Hewlett Neck, Hewlett Park, Inwood, Lawrence, Lido Beach, Long Beach, parts of Lynbrook, parts of Oceanside, parts of Valley Stream, and Woodmere. Starting on South side of Sunrise Hwy in Valley Stream running east to Windsor and Rockaway Ave, Rockville is the boundary line up to Lawson Blvd, turning right going west all the above territory. Starting at Union Turnpike &Lakeville Rd going north to northern Blvd. the west side of Lakeville Rd to Northern Blvd. At Northern Blvd doing east the district north of Northern blvd to Port Washington blvd. West of Port Washington blvd to St.Francis Hospital then north of first traffic light to Port Washington & Sands Point, Manor Haven, & Harbour Acres.” Rates for the rest are in the table below.
