- The Commissioner issues rates every October 1 for public works bid or awarded October 1 through September 30, and issues amendments when union rates change before then; an amendment takes effect on the date given, or 10 days after issue (NAC 338.040).

- * **Overtime and Double Time are calculated on the base rate of pay.
- * *Three or more consecutive days. When a second shift (evening) is required, the second shift may start any time following the day shift. If the second shift extends past midnight, the entire second shift shall be paid at the graveyard shift rate. When three (3) shifts are required, the graveyard shift will begin at 12:00 am on Monday. The day shift shall begin at 6:00 am and end at 4:30 pm. The evening shift will begin at 4:00 pm on Monday.
