One rate, fringe benefits included: $65.17
Labor Commissioner publishes a single hourly figure that already includes fringe benefits. A contractor can pay it all as wages, or pay part as contributions to bona fide benefit plans for the worker, as long as the two add up to at least $65.17. Labor Commissioner doesn't publish a base and fringe split, so this page doesn't invent one.

- The Commissioner issues rates every October 1 for public works bid or awarded October 1 through September 30, and issues amendments when union rates change before then; an amendment takes effect on the date given, or 10 days after issue (NAC 338.040).
