Labor Commissioner 2026-2027 rates (Oct 1, 2026), effective October 1, 2026. On a bid contract, the rates in effect when bids are opened apply until the contract ends or for 36 months (NRS 338.030(9)). Checked against labor.nv.gov on October 25, 2026.
One rate, fringe benefits included: $52.98
Labor Commissioner publishes a single hourly figure that already includes fringe benefits. A contractor can pay it all as wages, or pay part as contributions to bona fide benefit plans for the worker, as long as the two add up to at least $52.98. Labor Commissioner doesn't publish a base and fringe split, so this page doesn't invent one.
