Overtime

When	Per hour
Daily overtime	$150.32

Statutory minimum: (base x 1.5) + fringe, after 8 h/day Mon-Fri (10 h on an established 4x10 schedule), over 40 h/week, and all hours on Saturday, Sunday and the six ORS 279C.540 holidays. Time and a half on the base rate, with the fringe at straight time, for hours over 8 a day Monday to Friday (over 10 on a 4×10 schedule), over 40 a week, and all hours on Saturday, Sunday and six holidays (ORS 279C.540; OAR 839-025-0050). The figures here are (base × 1.5) + fringe, computed; zone and shift pay go on top.
