Build a prevailing wage rate sheet

Pick the state and county, tick the trades and classifications on the job, and enter the start and end dates. The sheet lists every rate you picked with its source, wage, fringes, overtime and notes. For California it adds the increases DIR has already set for dates up to the end of the job.

California: DIR's general determinations for period 2026-2. Illinois: IDOL posting of October 19, 2026. Washington: L&I period 2026-2. Checked October 24, 2026. Each total is the wage plus the fringe benefits the state requires. It leaves out payroll taxes, workers' comp, liability insurance and overhead, which go on top.
