One rate, fringe benefits included: $91.23
Labor Commissioner publishes a single hourly figure that already includes fringe benefits. A contractor can pay it all as wages, or pay part as contributions to bona fide benefit plans for the worker, as long as the two add up to at least $91.23. Labor Commissioner doesn't publish a base and fringe split, so this page doesn't invent one.
When does this rate change?
- On a bid contract, the rates in effect when bids are opened apply for the contract, or 36 months, whichever is earlier (NRS 338.030(9)–(10)). An amendment applies to projects bid after it takes effect (NAC 338.050).
- The Commissioner issues rates every October 1 for public works bid or awarded October 1 through September 30, and issues amendments when union rates change before then; an amendment takes effect on the date given, or 10 days after issue (NAC 338.040).

Davis-Bacon glazier rate in Clark County
Federally funded or assisted construction here uses the U.S. Department of Labor's wage determinations. When a contract requires both the state rate and the Davis-Bacon rate, paying the higher of the two meets both. The contract documents say which apply.
We don't put a federal figure next to Labor Commissioner's here, because the federal determination for this county has no matching classification. The federal rows for this trade are below; match the classification to the work.
