Statutory minimum: (base x 1.5) + fringe, after 8 h/day Mon-Fri (10 h on an established 4x10 schedule), over 40 h/week, and all hours on Saturday, Sunday and the six ORS 279C.540 holidays. Add any zone, shift or hazard pay to the base before multiplying. A contractor's CBA overtime terms govern instead (ORS 279C.540(4)); public-university contracts owe overtime only after 40 h/week.

Time and a half on the base rate, with the fringe at straight time, for hours over 8 a day Monday to Friday (over 10 on a 4×10 schedule), over 40 a week, and all hours on Saturday, Sunday and six holidays (ORS 279C.540; OAR 839-025-0050).
