Boilermaker prevailing wage, Clark County group, Indiana (15 counties)

DOL sets the same boilermaker rates, row for row, in 15 counties: Brown, Clark, Decatur, Fayette, Floyd, Franklin, Harrison, Henry, Jennings, Ohio, Randolph, Ripley, Rush, Union and Wayne. Every figure on this page applies in each of them.

$81.41an hour, base + fringe

$43.24 wage + $38.17 fringe benefits · BOIL0374-001

On federally funded or assisted building construction in each of these 15 counties, a boilermaker must be paid at least $81.41 an hour: a $43.24 base wage plus $38.17 in fringe benefits, under wage determination IN20260004 (modification 2). DOL prints no total, so $81.41 is our sum of the two.

Wage determination IN20260004, modification 2, published May 18, 2026, for building construction; rate identifier BOIL0374-001 (May 1, 2025). Checked against sam.gov on October 25, 2026.

Davis-Bacon is the only prevailing wage here (federally funded or assisted work). Indiana repealed its Common Construction Wage Act effective July 1, 2015, and IC 5-16-7.2-5 bars public agencies from setting wage scales (Indiana DOL).

Base wage and fringe benefits: $43.24 + $38.17

The base wage is the taxable hourly wage. DOL prints the fringe benefits as one hourly figure, not itemized; it can go to health, pension, vacation and training plans, or be paid as cash where the state allows.

Base wage (taxable)$43.24
Fringe benefits (one figure, not itemized)$38.17
Base + fringe benefits (our sum; DOL prints no total)$81.41
